When is a murder not a murder?

Oliver Atkinson is back with a brand new ghostly hitchhiker and two mysteries to solve. Lady Carrington needs his assistance but before he can even begin Oliver is pulled into an investigation where his sometime ally, sometime adversary Detective Wilson is the main suspect.
